Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bowriv.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with all tags, accessories, and included items
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that are damaged, used, stained, washed, altered, or missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bowriv is not responsible for returned items that are lost during shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
